Payment is accepted through the convenience of Paypal. Items are shipped out through USPS Priority Mail to the US or overseas by Federal Express. For overseas shipping rates please e-mail me.
These bears are collectors items only and not intended for children under fourteen.
My bears are made meticulously with the utmost care using the finest quality materials. I take pride in the highest customer satisfaction. If you would like to return your purchase you may do so by contacting me within three days of receipt of the item . Returning shipments must be postmarked within three days of receipt and have a tracking number. Refunds are made less shipping charges.
