HISTORY

The Teddy Bear Ranch™ was established to provide a happy environment for the breeding of excellent quality teddy bears who will be adopted to bring smiles and hugs to collectors.  While I was homebound with a back problem, I enjoyed my handicraft skills of needlepoint and sewing and found it therapeutic.  Eventually I wanted to create something for other people.  As an adult I enjoyed my extensive stuffed animal collection so had an appreciation for teddy bears, always happy creatures, willing to give love and be loved.  Everyone loves a teddy bear, some people have several, so I decided to make them for others to enjoy.  The ranch was born!

My mission is to bring happiness to others through my creations.  Each is a One of a Kind unless stated in the description as "Limited Edition."  Each is carefully and completely hand sewn, including some of the clothing.  Each bear is firmly stuffed with polyester fiberfill and plastic pellets and crafted from the finest mohair or alpaca.  As a sign of authenticity each bear is embroidered with the Teddy Bear Ranch™ logo on his right hip and comes with a numbered hang tag.
